The Breakfast Club Melbourne makes their way back to Byron Bay for their 12th Birthday in association with Club Motif featuring a stellar lineup of selectors from all things house, deep, and groove. This time around, Breakfast Club will be making an appearance with WALLACE (Rhythm Section, UK), one of the most prolific producers to come out of Scotland in the past decade, known for his percussive deep rhythms, euphoria, and his dabble into the realm of world inspired music. Haven positions itself as a one-of-a-kind temporary venue where people can celebrate music and connect with their community before the building is inevitably redeveloped. The entire space is built entirely with salvaged materials; a nod to the space's transient nature. The impermanence of the space becomes part of its power, building urgency and turning each night of unique programming into a rarity. The venues story is also shaped by the history of the building. An old Woolworths site now being transformed into a venue for culture. The installation led by Oliver Buckworth, Katsu Yokoyama and Zelimir Harasty takes guests to a street scene in a densely populated city, where culture, sound and life overlap.
