Guided Warmup — Somatic opening with breath, meditation & movement to drop into flow by Adam. Ecstatic Dance — 90 minutes of pure movement guided by DJ Seijin behind the decks & Matej on drums. BYO drum to join the rhythms. Nourishing dinner — Warm, wholesome and satisfying home-made meal served after the dance, the perfect closing ritual to integrate the journey (Not included - pre-purchase only). 🚫 No alcohol.
