Once the dance begins, the body takes over. ✨ What to Expect Mocktail & Elixir Bar — Handcrafted alcohol-free signature drinks with mood-lifting elixirs. Kombucha & ceremonial cacao available. Guided Warmup — Somatic opening with breath, meditation & movement to drop into flow by Adam. Ecstatic Dance — 90 minutes of pure movement guided by DJ behind the decks & Matej on drums. BYO drum to join the rhythms. Nourishing dinner — Warm, wholesome and satisfying home-made meal served after the dance, the perfect closing ritual to integrate the journey (Not included - pre-purchase only). 🚫 No alcohol.
