Debuting under a Dulwich Hill carport, Team Building consists of three people with ten songs born of creative chemistry in just one year. Bradley Cork offers up his signature of compelling lyrics and resolute guitar playing. Newcomer Jade Smith's earthy, meditative drums provide space for contemplation. Tom Stephens brings his considered approach to music-making on bass, weaving it all together. Their first single 'Sweet Amnesia' is due out at the end of February with a launch at Lazy Thinking to follow. 'Sweet Amnesia' was initially dreamt up one new year’s eve, with the recorded version capturing how the song grew out of playing shows with some of our favourite bands throughout 2025. The lyrics empathise with those entrenched in monotony with the outro calling for a sense of freedom - whatever that may look like.
