Sounds By The River is a one day outdoor rock festival staged on the Murray River at the Mannum Golf Club in regional South Australia, about an hour east of Adelaide. The 2027 edition runs on Saturday 9 January and draws a crowd of roughly 10,000 to a bill of Australian classics. Jimmy Barnes headlines, with Jon Stevens performing the Noiseworks and INXS collection, plus Birds Of Tokyo, Eskimo Joe, Baby Animals, Chocolate Starfish and Sarah McLeod. Tickets are sold through Ticketmaster Australia.
