Meatstock is a touring Australian music and barbecue festival combining live country and roots music with low and slow barbecue competitions, butcher wars, cooking demonstrations and a trade expo. The Toowoomba edition runs Friday 12 and Saturday 13 March 2027 at the Toowoomba Showgrounds in Queensland, with Gavin Adcock and Nate Smith headlining alongside Lee Kernaghan, Casey Barnes and Wade Forster. Gates run 12pm to 10pm on the Friday and 10am to 10pm on the Saturday, with Professional Bull Riders arena sessions sold as add-ons. It is an all ages event, under 5s enter free and 5 to 15 year olds need a child ticket, and powered and unpowered on-site camping is available with campers required to hold a matching entry ticket.
