Woodford Folk Festival 2026/27

About

The Woodford Folk Festival runs for six days and nights at Woodfordia, the purpose-built festival village on Jinibara Country near Woodford in southeast Queensland, from 27 December 2026 to 1 January 2027. It is Australia's largest gathering of artists and musicians, with more than 450 acts and over 1,600 shows across 20-plus venues, covering folk, roots, world music, comedy, talks and children's programming. The festival opens with its traditional Opening Ceremony and closes with the Fire Event and Closing Ceremony on New Year's Day. Camping on site is the standard way to attend, and the full programme launches on 17 October 2026.
