Simple Things returns to Bristol in 2026 for its twelfth edition, bringing together boundary-pushing music and contemporary culture for another city-wide celebration of discovery. On Saturday 7 November, the multi-venue festival once again takes over some of Bristol’s most iconic spaces, uniting the city for one unforgettable day and night across Bristol Beacon, Strange Brew, Rough Trade, The Sportsman and new venue Shredenhams. For the first time, Simple Things will feature guest curators, each performing and shaping their own part of the line-up. Squid, Shabaka and Jeremy Deller lead the first wave, with their curated line-ups still to be announced. Also joining the line-up are Panda Bear & Sonic Boom, Moor Mother, Nathan Fake, Caroline, Chanel Beads, Cloud Nothings, Lord Spikeheart, Mykki Blanco and more, with a special guest still to be announced.
