Rhythm and Alps is New Zealand's South Island New Year's Eve festival, held on 30 and 31 December at Robrosa Station in the Cardrona Valley about 20 km from Wanaka. The 2026 lineup is headlined by Dimension, BENEE, Fat Freddy's Drop and Shapeshifter, with a deep supporting bill of New Zealand drum and bass, house and pop acts. The site is reachable by car with free on-site parking or by pre-booked Yello! buses from Wanaka and Queenstown, and camping and glamping are available.
