For the first Wednesday of August, we are delighted to welcome a very special guest to Sneaky Pete's before we ramp things right up for the Fringe... JANAWAY // We are gassed to welcome JANAWAY to Edinburgh, a Jungle producer who has been on our radar and bucket list for a very long time. Having cemented himself firmly in the modern jungle scene, Janaway has become known for his innovative productions blending UK & Brazilian bass music to reflect his heritage and influences. Over the years Janaway has worked with labels such as Future Retro, N4 and Up Ya Archives as well as successfully self-releasing his distinct fusion sounds which have gained support from the likes of Sherelle, Nia Archives & Tim Reaper. Janaway’s high-energy DJ sets have also gained attention due to the unique selections he plays, effortlessly journeying through high-tempo genres such as jungle, footwork and 160 all with brazilian sounds mixed in - ensuring non-stop dancing while he’s playing.
