Liverpool Sound City is a new music showcase festival and industry conference, reaching its 20th edition in 2027. The festival runs 1 and 2 May 2027 across multiple Liverpool city centre venues, preceded by the Sound City+ conference on 30 April. The format is a multi venue wristband event built around emerging and breaking artists rather than large headline stages, and the 2026 edition was topped by Keo, Jalen Ngonda, Gurriers and Kate Nash. No 2027 lineup has been announced yet. Weekend tickets are sold through See Tickets, with a combined festival and conference pass also available.
