The Transpennine Express is finally pulling into Todmorden… and trust us, this one’s been a long time coming. As PBR we were meant to make our Golden Lion debut before the world hit pause - but as we all know, Covid had other ideas. Despite what the slightly faded posters in the Golden Lion toilets might suggest, it never actually happened. So consider this the official launch. The real one. And it feels all the sweeter for the wait. This isn’t just another date in the diary - it’s a special one. Tom’s big birthday, a venue we admire, and a lineup made up of genuine friends and musical family: Craig Christon, Crazy P (DJ set), James Holroyd, Gina Breeze, Neil Diablo… every name chosen with care, history and heart. Expect a riot from start to finish, and that unique Golden Lion magic that only happens when the right people gather for the right reasons. We’re anticipating a busy one.
