As night falls on the 12th of September, we invite you to Somatics - a techno party inspired by movement and therapy, where sounds and souls collide. For our very first gathering, we’re lucky enough to call Hidden at Downtex Mill home. But the music is only the beginning. Driven by curiosity, connection, and a desire to create something that feels like our own, we’ll be bringing installations and little pieces of ourselves into the space - inviting you to explore as much as you dance. We’ll be dancing until 5am, with extended club hours giving each artist the space to take you on a full two-hour journey. On the decks, we’ve brought together three local forces alongside a very special guest travelling in from Berlin. INLIMEN is a cosmopolitan DJ and producer with a gift for building emotional landscapes through sound. Her sets keep you on your toes - pulling you deeper into the present, caught somewhere between movement and hypnosis. Fresh from UNFOLD in London, we can’t wait to experience her magic at Hidden. Joining us from Germany, Toobris has been firmly on our radar. A rising force in Berlin’s techno scene, he brings soulful energy, controlled randomness, and captivating textures to every dancefloor. Expect a set full of tension, movement, and beautifully unexpected turns. Closing out the lineup, GFA b2b Nestor brings together two of Manchester’s slickest techno talents. GFA is a technical wizard with an instinctive feel for the dancefloor, weaving through techno and beyond without ever losing the energy of the room. Nestor - DJ, producer, and one of the founders of @lace_ire - brings his own depth, versatility, and uplifting approach to the mix. Together, this is the Irish b2b of our dreams. Expect to be hypnotised by the music, intrigued by the installations and connected to the people around you. We’re so excited to begin the Somatics journey - and to welcome you into a new community within Manchester’s underground techno landscape.
