Festival Internacional Altavoz is the City of Medellin's alternative music festival, run by the Alcaldia de Medellin and reaching its 23rd edition in 2026. It runs 10 to 12 October 2026 across two main stages at the Estadio Cincuentenario and Parque Norte, with 59 bands billed: 28 from Medellin, 15 from elsewhere in Colombia and 16 international acts. Admission is free, with music from 3pm daily. The programme is split by day, with rap, reggae and ska on the Saturday, rock and punk on the Sunday, and metal and hardcore on the Monday public holiday, including a farewell set from La Pestilencia.
