About

Spasta’s back to bless your cotton socks with a winter warmer! The sun has shrunk away, the leaves are falling and everything has got a bit nippy. High time for a red hot Spasta hoon at the farm we say! When the cold sets in, partying gets better. To send the thermals skyrocketing we’ve lured two of the most cold weather proficient Scandi’s we could find for an absolutely delicious extennnnnnded session of all the best wonky wonky, space disco leaning, balearic-not-balearic, nu-cosmic wizardry your ear drums ever did hear. Expecting all the metaphorical, cosmological and kaleidoscopical northern lights burning bright out of this special back-to-back between none other than Prins Thomas and Bjørn Torske. A hearty hooley dooley indeed. We’ve got Harvey Sutherland belting out a special full live show with the stargirl Kuzco, Deepa making a Spasta debut we’ve been eagerly eyeing off for yonks and Cardamon B getting things nice n’ toasty with heaters from the bag. And from much, much sunnier shores in both Perlin and Newcastle upon Fine, we have Montana coming to get in2it with dear friend Earl Grey and we’re blessed with the musical wisdom of Jun Wan pulling up to the farm to share some cuts from a decades long obsession of digging the good stuff. On top of all that, Adriana will be skippering the good ship Spasta through the winter waters, with an authentic space featuring live music, Greek coffee cup readings and more installations to be revealed. We live, work and play on land that was forcibly taken from Aboriginal people. There has been no Treaty with the First Nations of this place and the effects of colonisation continue to this day. We would like to acknowledge the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people, on whose land this event will take place. We pay our respects to the Elders past, present and emerging and recognise that sovereignty has never been ceded. Free tickets available for First Nations guests on request.
