EVENT DESCRIPTION: Red Room celebrates its first Halloween with a night full of minimal, groove, and driving techno. CEJ, llego, and Hyphen all share 2 hour sets over the course of a 6 hour night. Come early, stay late, and end your night at Red Room as it's sure to be the last space open on Halloween night. BIOGRAPHIES: CEJ - Shortly after his opening for Rrose at Podlasie Club in Chicago, CEJ makes another trip to Milwaukee for what’s become somewhat of a routine residency for Red Room at this point. He’ll be opening this time and setting the stage with proper methodical pacing. llego - Previously closing out our “State of Groove 2.0” event, llego returns for a second time to deliver more rhythm to the dancefloor. With his unapologetic levels of energy and drive, expect layers of percussion with catchy vocal teases and smooth transitions…peak time grooves for peak time hours. Hyphen - Finding a new musical home in the genre of techno, Hyphen has made it a mission to fully immerse himself in the scene this year. Reinventing himself through experiences found in Chicago and Detroit, these new perspectives have led to a drastically different sound palette from the past. After running lights for Red Room for the last 7 months Hyphen is finally ready to debut in the booth with the honors of closing out our Halloween event. R. - Respect E. - Engage D. - Deliver
