SHIFT: The Nightmare Isn't Over — Developer , DJ Plant Texture (Live) & Orlando Voorn

About

Halloween doesn’t end when the sun comes up. On Sunday, November 1, SHIFT closes out Halloween weekend at EDEN, Manhattan, with a strong artist selection across two floors, from noon until 2 AM. BLACK HOLE - Basement / TECHNO DEVELOPER brings his distinct approach to the decks, shaping the basement through raw, hypnotic and uncompromising techno. DJ PLANT TEXTURE performs live on the MPC, building rhythms from the ground up and pushing the room into stranger, more physical territory. One works through the mix; the other constructs the moment live. THE GARDEN - Upstairs / HOUSE ORLANDO VOORN takes over the house floor on vinyl, bringing the warmth, soul and unpredictability of the format. His set will channel the spirit of Manhattan in the early days of New York house a time when the music was raw, playful and full of possibility bringing that energy back to life among the dead ! Come in costume. Dark, strange, glamorous or unexpected bring your own vision and come as your alter ego. Women FREE with RSVP from 12 PM to 2 PM. After 2 PM, a paid ticket is required. We welcome all identities and backgrounds. Racism, sexism, misogyny, homophobia, transphobia, harassment and any form of discrimination will not be tolerated.
