Soichi Terada presents SUMO x APES LIVE AV

About

SOICHI TERADA presents SUMO x APES LIVE AV A legend of Japan’s electronic scene, Soichi Terada is bringing Sumo x Apes to the stage, a first-of-its-kind live show that finally joins two sides of his world: the jungle of his classic album Sumo Jungle (1996) and the Ape Escape soundtracks, long beloved by gamers and record diggers alike. Rolling breakbeats, fat bass and melodies straight out of a console startup screen: Terada reworks his classics into a set that’s nostalgic yet firmly looking ahead. On screen, he handles the visuals himself, synced live, mixing traditional Japanese imagery with the wild energy of video games. A special tour, a world away from his usual house sets. Where jungle meets joystick. MAIN HALL – STANDING – GENERAL ADMISSION DOORS 7:30 PM Main hall concerts are not open to children under 6. Sound levels in the main hall aren’t suitable for very young children and can be risky, even with ear protection.
