Countdown Japan is an indoor year-end rock festival held at the Makuhari Messe convention centre in Chiba, just outside Tokyo. The 26/27 edition runs as a five-day event across 26 and 27 December 2026 and 29 to 31 December 2026, with 28 December as a rest day. It uses Exhibition Halls 1 to 11 plus the Event Hall and traditionally programmes around 180 domestic acts, closing with a New Year countdown on the final night. No 26/27 lineup or ticket on-sale date has been published yet.
