Le Currents 2026

Le Currents is a music, culture and arts festival held in Riverside Park in Taupo over the days after Christmas, running a dance, hip hop and pop programme across the summer break. The 2026 edition runs on 27 and 28 December, with tickets on sale and an official campground at the National Equestrian Centre about 15 minutes from the festival site served by free shuttle buses. Camping check-in opens on 26 December and closes at midday on 29 December, and the campground is open to ticket holders only with an on-site bar and entertainment. No BYO alcohol is permitted at the campground.
