Rhythm and Vines is New Zealand's biggest New Year's Eve camping festival, held on the Waiohika Estate vineyard just outside Gisborne. The 2026 edition opens on 28 December with the campers only Waiohika Warmup and runs the main three day programme from 29 to 31 December, ending with first light on New Year's Day. Around 25,000 people attend, with dance, drum and bass, hip hop and pop across multiple stages. John Summit, Vince Staples, Netsky and BENEE lead the bill.
