DUB CLUB: Craigy Wonder (Mungo's Hi Fi) & Hometown Sound

About

For this edition of DUB CLUB, we’re welcoming someone very close to home and a DJ we hold in the highest regard — Craigy Wonder from Mungo’s Hi Fi. Craig is the teacher. In our opinion, the finest bass music DJ in Scotland and one of the very best in the world. That’s not something we say lightly. With decades of experience behind the turntables, Craig’s knowledge, selection and ability to move a dancefloor are second to none. From foundation reggae and dancehall through to dubstep, grime and everything in between, few DJs can connect the dots across sound system music quite like him. A proper master of his craft, and someone whose influence on Glasgow’s sound system culture is impossible to overstate. An absolute pleasure to have him down to DUB CLUB for a session. Expect serious selections, heavyweight bass and a lesson from one of the best to ever do it.
